Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on our long-standing reputation of selling high quality products with a friendly service. At Alfresco Emporium, we stand by every product we sell and carefully inspect and pack every item that leaves our warehouse to ensure that we exceed your expectations. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, then please follow the steps below.
Return of orders
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Alfresco Emporium, then you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days from date of delivery for a replacement or refund, provided the items(s) are returned in original condition including its packaging and an explanation is given with a copy of the original tax invoice/proof of purchase

Original delivery charges are not refundable and the item(s) are returned to us at the customer’s own cost and risk. We will not process refunds on items returned due to incorrect choice.

We will replace or refund any items which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty. In this event, notification must be given to our Online Customer Services within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Please contact us and have your order number ready (if applicable). We will pay for the cost of damaged or faulty items to be returned to us.

All returns are subject to inspection and items returned from a purchase made on the Alfresco Emporium web site, will be credited back to the original credit card number
How to return your orders
Please provide a copy of your tax invoice, which is sent with your delivery, stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

We recommend that you use a registered service and retain a certificate of posting for your own records. Alfresco Emporium takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us.

We will make contact with you within 3 working days from receipt of your returned items.

Alternatively, items may be returned in person at one of our stores.
