| Placing items in your shopping basket |
To place items into your shopping basket, simply browse our online categories or use the Search function
to look for a particular item. When you find an item that you like, click on the product to view its’
details and enter a purchase quantity in the Qty box beside each item available for order, then click
on Add to Basket button.
If gift wrapping is available for your selected items, then you will have the option to select the tick
box beside those items to have them sent to you gift wrapped, before you click the Add to Basket button.
Each time you add items to your Shopping Basket, you will be taken to your Shopping Basket where you
can review your items and update them. To continue shopping, simply click on the Continue Shopping
button and you will be taken back to the previous page.
Your running total of items in your Shopping Basket is displayed at the top right hand corner of every page.

| Using the search function to find items |
The Search box is located at the top right hand corner of every page. If you know the item you want to order,
you can enter the item code, item name or related keywords to search our online catalogue.
If our Search function successfully matches items with your search keywords, then the results will be
displayed on the screen. Sometimes there maybe many items returned in the results and you may need to
narrow your search further. This can be done by clicking on the sub-categories in the left hand side panel.
You will then only be shown the items returned in that sub-category.
To add a searched item to your Shopping Basket, simply click on the item to view its’ details and enter a
purchase quantity in the Qty box beside each item available for order, then click on Add to Basket button.

| Updating and Removing items in your shopping basket |
If you have not yet ‘checked out’ you may update or remove items in your Shopping Basket.
When viewing your Shopping Basket, easily accessible by clicking on the My Basket link at the top right
hand corner on every page, each item has a Quantity box displaying your current basket item quantity.
To change this value simply enter a new quantity and click the Update Basket button to modify your
Shopping Basket.
Each item also has a round grey button with a white cross in the right hand column. Clicking this
button will remove the item from your Shopping Basket.
If you have already ‘checked out’ you may not be able to update or cancel an item in your order.
Please contact us to check if your order is not already in the shipping process.

| Canceling your order |
If you have not yet ‘checked out’ you may cancel your order and/or remove all items in your Shopping Basket.
To abandon the checkout process but leaving your items in your Shopping Basket, simply click on the
Alfresco Emporium logo in the top left hand corner and you will be taken to our home page.
You may then return to your Shopping Basket at anytime where your items will have remained.
To abandon the checkout process and remove all items from your Shopping Basket, simply click
on the Empty Basket button.
If you have already ‘checked out’ you may not be able to cancel your order.
Please contact us to check if your order is not already in the shipping process.

| Shipping to different address than my billing address |
You may have your order delivered to a different address to your billing address.
When you begin the checkout process, the delivery address will be the same as your billing
address by default, however this can be changed in Step 2 – Delivery & Gift Options.
Enter a different delivery address in the text boxes provided.

| Completing the checkout process |
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase and you are happy with your Shopping Basket,
you are ready to place your order. Our checkout process involves five steps:
- Completing your billing details
- Confirming your delivery address and gift options
- Completing your payment details
- Reviewing your order
- Receiving an order confirmation

| Step 1. Completing your billing details |
You are asked to provide your full name, billing address and contact details,
including your phone number and email address.
We provide the opportunity to create an online account with us at this step.
If you do choose to create an account, you will experience a more streamlined checkout
process next time you shop with us online. You will be asked to save a password which
will be used with your email address to log into your account, which is created at the
end of the checkout process.
If you already have an account with us, then please login using your email address and saved password.
Your billing details will be automatically displayed and can be edited if necessary.
You must also tick the checkbox to declare that you have read and agree to our
Privacy Policy and
Shipping & Delivery Policy and
Returns & Refund Policy.
We can not continue to process your order if you do not agree with our policies.
Click Proceed to Checkout to continue with your purchase.

| Step 2. Confirming your delivery address and gift options |
You are asked to confirm your delivery address, provide any special requests regarding your order
and select any gift wrapping for your items if the option is available.
By default, your billing address is used as the delivery address. If you want delivery to a
different address, simply select this option and enter the address. We also ask for a delivery
phone number, though this will only be used if we experience difficulty delivering to the address.
Click Proceed to Checkout to continue with your purchase.

| Step 3. Completing your payment details |
We currently offer two methods of paying for your order:
- Credit card – purchase online in real-time with Visa or Mastercard
- Fax Order Form – purchase offline with Visa or Mastercard
Credit Card; use this option to pay for your order immediately online and receive an order confirmation.
You are asked for a credit card holder name, number, expiry date and
CVN number.
Once you have reviewed your order in Step 4 and proceed to complete your order,
we will attempt to charge your credit card in real-time. Your payment details are sent
over a secure Internet connection which uses the latest 128-bit security encryption technology.
We use eWay to process credit card transactions.
If your credit card transaction is not successful after Step 4 then we will display an error
message and a possible reason for your credit card to be declined by your issuing bank.
Fax Order Form; use this option if you do not wish to send your credit card details over the Internet.
Once you have reviewed your order in Step 4 and proceed to complete your order, a Fax Order Form
will be available to download in PDF format. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on
your computer to view this form. A confirmation email is also sent to your inbox with this form attached.
This form will show all your order details entered during the checkout process.
Once you have received your Fax Order Form, print it out and complete your credit card details and sign.
Then fax back to us at (02) 9972 3467 (international +612 9972 3467).
Click Proceed to Checkout to continue with your purchase.

| Step 4. Reviewing your order |
This is the final step before confirming your order.
When reviewing your order, please check all the details you have provided are correct.
You may edit any of the details and your Shopping Basket at this step by clicking on the red
links below each section.
You will notice that a delivery charge is displayed and automatically added to your order total.
Please view our Shipping & Delivery
Policy for our current standard delivery charges.
Click Confirm my Purchase to continue with your purchase.

| Step 5. Receiving an order confirmation |
That’s it! Your order has been finalised and confirmation is displayed on the screen with an
order number prefixed by the letter ‘E’. You are also shown confirmation of your Shopping Basket
total, Delivery total and Grand total.
If you have paid online by credit card then you will be given a transaction number and
authorisation number from your issuing bank. A confirmation email will also be sent to your
inbox with these details.
If you are paying offline by Fax Order Form then a link will be displayed to download your form -
we recommend saving this file to your computer. Click on this link and open the form.
Please print this form and complete your credit card details in the boxes provided and sign it.
Also check your order details on the form and correct any errors.

A copy of this form will also be emailed to your inbox with your order confirmation.
The Fax Order Form is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to be installed on
your computer to open it.
