Q. I have received a faulty or damaged item, what should I do?
 
A. We will replace or refund any items which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty. In this event, notification must be given to our Online Customer Services within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Please contact us and have your order number ready (if applicable). We will pay for the cost of damaged or faulty items to be returned to us.
