Q. How do I return an item to Alfresco Emporium?
 
A. Please provide a copy of your tax invoice, which is sent with your delivery, stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:

We recommend that you use a registered service and retain a certificate of posting for your own records. Alfresco Emporium takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us.

We will make contact with you within 3 working days from receipt of your returned items.
